Extra Sensory Chocolate Truffles
The combination of raw almond butter and rose makes these the most intense (and healthiest!) chocolate truffles ever eaten. The rose petals feed harmony and extra sensory perception, while the almond butter feeds the brain, nourishes the eyes, stimulates blood cells, and beautifies hair and skin.
1 1/2 cups of soaked almonds
2 heaping tbsp of raw almond butter</br
8 – 10 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp of raw cacao powder
1 tsp (or more) organic dried rose petals
1 tsp of Mucuna, optional
good pinch of raw vanilla powder
Pinch of pink salt
Place all ingredientes in a food processor, blend until well mixed and coming together. Form the mixture into balls and refrigerate to firm up. Can be kept for several days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
