Return Policy

All Workshops and Events are final sale. Refunds are not permitted. Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with a product you've purchased, please email support@mafaldapintoleite.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include the item you wish to return as well as the reason you need to send it back and we will send you a return label. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. For Worldwide returns, please note that refunds are issued in Euros. Note that we have the right to say what is going to be refund or not.
