Mini Blueberry Pies

Craving these amazing mini blueberry pies! I made a simple hazelnut crust ( raw hazelnuts, dates, vanilla, ground flax, coconut oil) dehydrated it just because (you could freeze them too).
The filling is bliss!
Blended activated raw cashews, vanilla powder, coconut cream, melted cacao butter, lemon rind and raw agave (or dates or other sweetener of choice), blend on high until ultra smooth and creamy. Fill the tart cases and decorate with juicy blueberries.
I am always in awe of how delicious and satisfying raw desserts are. Any other good combo ideas?
