There’s not much to say… expect DELICIOUS! Really worth trying, and consider doubling the recipe, because they tend to disappear really fast.
1 cup macadamias
1 cup cashews
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup raw agave
A pinch of raw vanilla powder
A pinch of sea salt
¼ cup raw cocoa nibs

Place the macadamias, cashews and coconut in a food processor. Process until you get a fine flour. Add the agave, vanilla and salt. Pulse until (apagar:it’s all) mixed. Add cocoa nibs and pulse until incorporated. Form balls with the help of a small scoop of ice cream. Flatten with the palm of your hand or the base of a cup. Place them on a reflex sheet and dehydrate for 12 to 24hrs. Store in the fridge for 2 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer.
Raw cacao nibs can improve circulation and lower blood pressure. They release neurotransmitters that can help us feel good and have a positive and happy outlook to life. This is done by raising levels of serotonin an anti-depressant hormone.
