1 big glass or 2 small


2 cups of homemade coconut milk (or other milk of choice) </br> 1 cup of chopped pineapple , frozen is best</br> 1 mango </br> 1 teaspoon of turmeric</br> 1/2 teaspoon of ground powdered cardamom </br> good pinch of raw vanilla powder</br>


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
