Xocolate

A velvety smooth chocolate drink inpired by the Mayans. This spiced cacao milk mineralizes, increases focus and energy, relieves stress and lifts mood.

Method

2 cups milk of choice (cashew, coconut, hemp…)</br> 2 Tbsp. raw cacao powder</br> 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs</br> 1-2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice</br> 1 Tbsp. raw cacao butter</br> 1/2 tsp. raw vanilla powder</br> 1/2 tsp. cinnamon</br> Pinch of cayenne pepper</br> Pinch of sea salt

Optional Ingredients

1/2 tsp. Chaga</br> 1 Tbsp. Maca</br> 1 Tbsp. raw almond butter

Method

Warm the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. When warm transfer to a blender, add remaining ingredients. Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and frothy. Enjoy warm topped with extra cacao nibs and dusted with cacao powder and cinnamon, if desired. </br>

Tip

Use half carob, half cacao.
