Adaptogenic Raw Chocolate Fudge

This quick and potent fudge recipe is perfect for a sweet bite after a stressful day. The magical ingredientes in this recipe, besides the raw cacao, are Reishi; a well known for its rapid effects as a relaxing, mood boosting, uplifting mushroom. Shatavari has been used for centuries as a hormone balancer and for libido. Ashwagandha a powerful adaptogen that increases  resistance to stress, tension and irritability. All these and more superherbs can be found in this deliciously magical blend Rest + Relax. If you’ve never tried this blend, let me explain how it works! It´s a mixture of adaptogens and superherbs that are formulated to help you relax, unwind and feel good. You only have to add a teaspoon of the sweet chocolate powder to hot water or plant milk, blend and drink as if your drinking a hot cocoa, except that it comes with benefits!

1 cup raw almond butteror nut butter of choice

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

2 Tbsp Rest + Relax adaptogenic drink mic

1/4 cup coconut nectar, or sweetener of choice

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder 

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the nut butter and coconut oil until smooth.
Add in the cocoa powder, Rest + Relax, coconut nectar, cardamom, sea salt and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to small baking tray lined with parchment paper, smooth top with a spatula.
Place the tray in the freezer, and allow the fudge to set for at least an hour before slicing and serving.
Tip:
Thanks to the coconut oil, this raw fudge will melt quickly if left to sit in a warm room, so it’s best served directly from the freezer.
Store the leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer.
