  • Helps promote a positive mind and mood
  • Promotes a calming, relaxing state of being
  • Helps increase resistance to stress, tension, and irritability

And why not add this super potent herbal blend to your recipes? As i´ve done with these creamy chocolate fudge squares?

1 cup raw almond butteror nut butter of choice

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

2 Tbsp Rest + Relax adaptogenic drink mic

1/4 cup coconut nectar, or sweetener of choice

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

In a medium bowl, mix together the nut butter and coconut oil until smooth.
Add in the cocoa powder, Rest + Relax, coconut nectar, cardamom, sea salt and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to small baking tray lined with parchment paper, smooth top with a spatula.
Place the tray in the freezer, and allow the fudge to set for at least an hour before slicing and serving.
Thanks to the coconut oil, this raw fudge will melt quickly if left to sit in a warm room, so it’s best served directly from the freezer.
Store the leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer.
