There’s not much to say… expect DELICIOUS! Really worth trying, and consider doubling the recipe, because they tend to disappear really fast.




1 cup macadamias</br> 1 cup cashews</br> 1 cup shredded coconut</br> ½ cup raw agave</br> A pinch of raw vanilla powder</br> A pinch of sea salt</br> ¼ cup raw cocoa nibs</br>


Place the macadamias, cashews and coconut in a food processor. Process until you get a fine flour. Add the agave, vanilla and salt. Pulse until (apagar:it’s all) mixed. Add cocoa nibs and pulse until incorporated.  Form balls with the help of a small scoop of ice cream. Flatten with the palm of your hand or the base of a cup. Place them on a reflex sheet and dehydrate for 12 to 24hrs.  Store in the fridge for 2 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer.
