Chocolate Granola


makes about 6 cups



3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
5 tsp of REST+RELAX**
pinch of salt


Liquid Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 bananas
8 Medjool dates, pitted
1 Tbsp of Pure vanilla extract


– Preheat oven to 180C.
– In a big bowl mix all dry ingredientes,
–In a bender, place all liquid ingredients (yes dates too!) and blend until a liquid paste forms. Add to the dry ingredientes and mix until well combined. Spread evenly on a baking tray.
– Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, making sure to stir the granola evenly every 10 minutes or so. – When done baking let granola cool then store in a tight container.
