Matcha Lime Mousse

Matcha Lime Mousse

Ingredients

2 cups of activated raw cashews  </br> 2 ripe avocados</br> 1/2 cup of raw honey (or sweeter of choice)</br> ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice</br> 1 tsp of lime zest</br> 1/4 cup of coconut cream</br> 1 tsp of Matcha</br> 1/2 tsp of Hawaiian Spirulina</br> Pinch of pink salt</br> 1/4 cup of melted raw cacao butter (you can substitute for coconut oil if desired)

Method

Place all the ingredientes, except the cocoa butter, in a high speed blender. Blend on high until completely smooth. </br>Add the melted cacao butter and blend on high until desired consistency is reached (that of a creamy spoonable mousse).</br> Pour the mousse into glasses and refrigerate until cold. </br> When ready to serve, sprinkle each glass with extra lime zest. Enjoy
